That's what makes it hard to explain. You've got to midlife and built a life. And yet there's a nagging feeling that your life isn't quite right. Life on autopilot. Full of things but not necessarily fulfilling. Wondering if this is it?
Realised your life needs to change and don't know where to start? A series of nebulous niggles, none big enough to trigger a dramatic change of direction but gradually leading to a tipping point, or awareness that life could be better.
Nothing is broken. Which is exactly why it's so easy to leave it another year.
This is a self-paced transformation tool that delivers the outcome a great coach delivers, guided by you, in your own time, privately.
Messy Mid takes you through four stages, at your own pace, picking up exactly where you left off. Combining the thinking and feeling piece that is often overlooked.
Who you are now. Not who you were at 30, not who you're supposed to be. The honest inventory most people skip because nobody asks the right questions in the right order.
What you actually want from your next chapter. Wanted, not inherited. Harder than it sounds, which is why there's a structure for it.
Where you are against where you want to be, laid out plainly. Clarity about the distance turns a vague ache into a direction.
Small bets that test the path before you commit to it. No burning the boats. You move by evidence, not by leap of faith.
Around twelve hours in total, spread over twelve days. We have made it as straightforward as we can, but you do have to do the work. Nobody can excavate you on your behalf.

Messy Mid was built by Sarah, a former CEO who spent twenty years in boardrooms before hitting her own messy middle. She did the work on herself first, the slow, unglamorous, sometimes teary version, over many years. Then watched friend after friend struggle through the same fog with nothing but podcasts and good intentions.
This method is what she wishes had existed: structured enough to actually get you somewhere, human enough to include the parts spreadsheets can't hold. A method that excavates the foundations of who you are now to create the clarity of what you want your next chapter to be.
It takes the best ideas, tools and frameworks she found, all in one place. It combines the ancient and the new: the somatic piece many of us have forgotten exists, and a structure that joins the dots we miss on our own. To build clarity and confidence in weeks, not years.
Messy Mid is being built now, with early members shaping it. Joining the list gets you:
